To qualify for Free Delivery order must be $500 and over.

Orders for local delivery through-out Trinidad and Tobago are process within 1 – 3 business days.  Business days are classified as Monday to Friday and does not include weekends or holidays.

Once order is picked up by courier. Delivery takes about 2 to 3 working days. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. the delivery date for local deliveries and 30 days for international deliveries. 

We offer exchanges on items purchased directly from our website. 

Customers have 5 day from the date of delivery to return or exchange items.
Shipping fee is non-refundable and is covered by the customer incases of exchanges. Unless the fault was made on our end. Item/s must be in pristine condition with all packaging intact.
